What are the “brick-and-mortar” store shop hours and where is it located?
Our shop hours are:
Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM (CST)
Saturdays 9AM-6PM (CST)

Yes at our “brick-and-mortar” store.
How do I get help with a problem?
Please send any questions to contactus@bandbgameshop.com . Please reference your order number in the subject line. Any questions received after hours or on weekends will be answered the following business day.
Why is my shopping cart empty?
Your shopping cart is tied to the specific computer where you were modifying it. If you are at a different computer it will appear empty. If you leave a shopping cart unmodified for more than one (1) week it may be emptied as an abandoned shopping cart.
How can I pay for my B and B Game Shop Order?
We accept major credit cards and Paypal. If you are sending payment by PayPal our account is bandbgameshop@hotmail.com. Please reference your order number when sending payment.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
We check our orders before they are shipped, but occasionally there may be an error. Please email us at contactus@bandbgameshop.com with the subject line of “order issue” and we will correct the problem.
How are orders shipped domestically?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of being received. All orders are shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail or by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times for 1st Class Mail are 3-5 business days and USPS Priority is 2-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of being received. All orders are shipped by USPS 1st Class International Mail or by USPS Priority International Mail. Delivery times for any order outside the United States can take between 14-21 days from the date of shipping.
Is the information I enter on the website shared or sold?
B and B Game Shop takes your privacy very seriously. We only use personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues with order completion. You may receive an email newsletter containing new products or site updates if you have subscribed to our newsletter via our homepage. You will also receive our newsletter if you have selected the email newsletter preference at checkout. If you change your mind about receiving update emails you can unsubscribe from our main page or by changing the options in your account. B and B Game Shop will never under any circumstance sell or distribute the email address or personal information of any customer. All checkout transactions are conducted via 3rd party merchant services. B and B Game Shop does not store customer credit card information on its servers. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please email us within 1 business day and enter "Cancel" along with your order number in the Subject Line of your email. Once an order has been placed we can not change it. If you wish to add or subtract items and products the only option is to cancel the existing order and place a new one. Please email us to cancel the original before you place the new order. Combining orders is a change and we can not package them together and may cause additional shipping charges..
